Hey all you NerdBirds followers!

We've been getting a TON of messages, phone calls & emails asking us about our availability for the upcoming season.

As of 2026, there are no plans to open for another food truck season. Chef NerdBirds (Will) is focused on the Westsider Diner & Lounge in Wausau.

I can't emphasize enough the thanks I have for all your support! There are still a whole bunch of great food trucks in the area!

The time has come. The season is nearing the end and we are sad to share that Friday (10/10) will be our last evening opening up for the season at Uncommon Pints.

We will be serving up our signature burgers as well as a highly requested return of the Lemon Pesto Salmon Sandwich, Schnitzel Sandwiches, Tots and more!

Thank you all for your support and enthusiasm for Nerdbirds this year. It was truly humbling to hear the high regard you have all held for what we served.

Stop by Friday night for one last burger and a fresh pint from Uncommon.
