Here are a few pictures from our sold out 4 course wine dinner at Deep Roots! We hope to be doing some more of these so keep an eye out!

1st course shrimp ceviche
2nd course seared scallop, local carrot purée
3rd course beer battered local fried mushroom, IPA aioli
4th course was a braised short rib served with a cauliflower purée

All courses were paired with both wine and beer. It was a great event! Thank you Deep Roots Wine Market & Tasting Room for hosting the he event!
