WPHS Senior Disney Trip

Hello everyone!

We will have a Second Chance application day on Tuesday, September 29th between 6-9 pm at Legends at Woodcreek Sports Bar & Grill for those of you who were not able to make it to the previous registration day. Please bring your COMPLETED applications and your $200 deposit (cash, check, credit card). This will be a first come first served application process.

We still have 26 open spots that will be confirmed spots when applying for the Disneyland Grad Nite trip. If we have applicants who register after we filled those 26 spots, they will be on a waitlist. Waitlist applicants will not be submitting any payments yet. They will only make payments once their spot is confirmed.

If we get enough applicants on the waitlist (36 or more) to fill another bus, we will convert those applicants to confirmed spots. If we don’t have enough applicants to fill the last bus, then those on the waitlist will not be able to go to Disneyland Grad Nite unless Senior students with confirmed spots drop out. So, if you have friends that are waiting until later to sign up for the trip, please encourage them to sign up next week so they can secure their spot and help us open up another bus.

Hello everyone,

Last night was a HUGE success! We were able to get many Senior students signed up for the Disneyland Grad Nite trip. We have about 25 spots left. So if you did not sign up yet or know of other students who were thinking about signing up but were not able to make it yesterday, we will be taking their application soon. Please give us a couple of days to arrange a second day to accept applications and deposits. We will keep you informed.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to make everything run seamlessly. You are all amazing!

Yesterday’s Dine & Donate was also a success. We had amazing entertainment and many families stayed for dinner.

Hello, West Park Class of 2027 families! 🎓🏰✨

It’s time to secure your student’s spot for the Senior Disneyland Grad Nite Trip! Our Application & Initial Deposit Collection Night is Wednesday, September 16th, and we want to make sure every family is prepared before arriving.

⚠️ PLEASE take a few minutes to carefully review ALL of the details below before Wednesday so your student is prepared to secure their spot.

Space for this trip is LIMITED, and spots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once we receive a completed application and deposit.

This will also be a Dine & Donate event, so bring your family and friends and stay for dinner! A portion of food sales that evening will help raise money to cover miscellaneous expenses for the Senior Trip and we will have live entertainment by Steve Mahoney!

We’ll also have LIVE entertainment performed by Steve Mahoney! 🎶

Please bring:
• $200 nonrefundable deposit
Cash, credit card, or check will be accepted.
Checks should be made payable to WPHS Senior Trip Boosters.

• A PRINTED and COMPLETED application

• The application must include ALL required information and ORIGINAL signatures from both the student and parent/guardian.

⚠️ Please do not arrive with an application that still needs to be printed, completed, or signed. We want to make sure your student is able to secure their spot when you arrive.

💰 TRIP COST
The current total cost per student is $450.

Please note that this amount may increase depending on the success of our fundraising efforts. Participation in fundraisers is highly encouraged so we can help keep costs as low as possible for everyone.

🐾 Senior Grad Nite spots are limited, so please review everything ahead of time and come prepared on September 16th!

🎓✨ We did it!!! ✨🎓

We successfully took 134 West Park senior graduates to Disneyland for our inaugural Senior Trip!

To say it was a whirlwind adventure would be an understatement. From the rides and laughter to the late-night memories, we hope our seniors had an absolute blast and created memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to all of the parents for your trust, grace, and understanding as we planned and executed this trip for the very first time. Your support made this experience possible.

A huge thank you to our amazing chaperones who generously gave their time and energy to help make this trip a success. We truly could not have done it without you.

Most importantly, congratulations to the West Park Class of 2026! We are so proud of you and grateful we could help celebrate this milestone with one final adventure together.
