We did it! Our hot cocoa boxes are SOLD OUT!
Creating and designing a product is so much fun! But, it also gives me a lot of anxiety. After the immediate excitement of the brainstorming and concept development, the self doubt starts to creep in... will anyone like this? Am I wasting my money? Will anyone actually buy it? Putting myself out there is not easy, especially when my products represent my own design sense. It all feels really personal. Thankfully, I have an incredible cheer squad that gives me the confidence to “just go for it.” (Ahem, ). They believe in me more than I believe in myself and for that, I am thankful.
I know I’m getting really deep about some gift boxes, but I am so overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the support and help given to me over the last several days. Clients, family, friends, fellow business owners, colleagues, and strangers have all shown up for me. They have purchased, commented-on, liked, and endlessly shared my little hot chocolate boxes. In a year that has been really tough professionally, financially, and personally, the outpouring of support has been incredibly invigorating and humbling.
To all of my fellow event vendors, thank you for getting the word out and for making purchases as well. I know how much all of you are suffering right now and I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for choosing to support me. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.
To Dana, thank you for your endless support, time, energy, and beautiful photos. As always, you made my design look even better with your wizardry. You are such a force and our entire event community is elevated by your talent. Weddings by Scott & Dana
