✨ Planned in Under 4 Months. Across the Country. Filled with Tradition. Absolutely Magical. ✨

When this incredible couple reached out to me, they were studying for the bar exam and trying to plan a wedding from the opposite side of the country. They had beautiful ideas, meaningful traditions, and a very real need for someone who could bring it all together seamlessly.

What followed was a very heart-filled, and dynamic planning journeys I’ve led:

💫 A wedding rich with Jewish traditions
🥂 Multiple dietary restrictions to honor
🎶 Timeline challenges with the band
🌿 Moms who lovingly insisted on feeding the bridal party, dropping off plants for decor, and sharing guidelines to keep everything tradition-perfect
📞 Several communication channels with family, vendors, and the couple

And with all of that—together—we transformed it into a day overflowing with unforgettable experiences, smooth transitions, stunning views, happy guests, and moments captured flawlessly.

From afar, with limited time, and under major pressure… this couple trusted me to turn their vision into reality.

And that’s exactly what I love to do.

If you’re a bride juggling life, work, distance, traditions, or simply don’t want to carry the weight of planning alone—I’m here to bring your dream day to life with intention, creativity, and calm confidence.

✨ Let’s create your magical, stress-free wedding.

Brides… let’s talk about the little things that secretly sabotage your wedding budget

1️⃣ That luxe invitation suite? Gorgeous, yes. Necessary, no. A simple invite + QR code to your website is just as beautiful (and sooo much cheaper).
2️⃣ Wedding favors… still a thing? 85% get left behind anyway. Put that money somewhere guests will actually enjoy.
3️⃣ Those matching napkins you had to have? Truth bomb: no one will notice.
4️⃣ Dreaming of a 4-tier cake? A small cutting cake delivers the same moment without the big price tag.
5️⃣ Can’t choose between dresses so you buy two? Slow down, breathe, and choose the one. No backups needed.
6️⃣ That hilltop venue is stunning—but don’t forget the shuttle costs to get guests there. Huge hidden expense.
7️⃣ Bridal party gifts: pick ONE cute matching item for the photos. You don’t need to go overboard.
8️⃣ Every decor piece you scroll past is adorable… but does it actually change anything? Probably not.

BRIDES — there’s one role that can keep your whole wedding day from tipping into chaos.
And nope, it’s not your planner, your MOH, or your photographer.
It’s your designated do-er.
The “go snag my comfy shoes” human.
The “please gather the relatives ASAP” messenger.
The “remove the tiny child from the dessert table” negotiator.
Think: your on-call crisis handler — someone not in your bridal party, someone dependable, someone free to dart around solving the random surprises that pop up every five minutes.
Because when the day actually starts rolling? You’ll need backup more than you expect — and choosing this person early is a lifesaver.
Tag the one who should hold this role.

You don’t need a full wedding rehearsal to have a smooth ceremony.
Let’s be real — getting everyone together the day before (especially for Friday weddings) is nearly impossible. And that’s okay!

As long as your family + bridal party know:
• who they’re walking with
• the order of the processional
• who’s holding the rings
• who’s doing any readings
• to walk slow and give space
• to follow the coordinator’s cue
• and to exit the same way they came in (just reversed!)

…you’re golden.
And don’t forget — your maid of honor will fluff your dress at the altar and hold your bouquet like the pro she is. 🌸

If your people listen, it’s easy.

Putting your bridal party together is not an easy task. Feelings may get hurt, stress is created as some may have opinions about the attire, logistics and overall experience.
Follow these 5 steps to a stress-free experience:
1) don't include your childhood friend because you were close once but not anymore
2) only include your partner's sibling, if you are a good match
3) don't add your cousin because you want it to be even on both sides
4) don't add the one who will complain about everything from the expense, to the attire, not wanting to get their hair and make up done, causes drama
5) don't include that person that can't get along with anyone

A bride's to do list never ends but make sure you don't miss these important steps:
- bring an extra pair of shoes for dancing
- wear your engagement ring on your right hand before the ceremony, then add it on top of your wedding band later
- bring your invitation so it can be photographed
- ask a bridesmaid to take photos of you all day
- be with your partner as much as possible on your wedding day
- send your partner a love note in the morning
- take a private moment for just the two of you after the ceremony
- print your vows and give a copy to your officiant
- sign your marriage license and mail it in

Ask your BFF to keep you on track but mostly, just enjoy your day!

Not everyone needs a seat at your big day — and that’s okay. 💍✨
Here are 5 guests it’s totally fine to leave off your wedding guest list:
1️⃣ The one you haven’t spoken to in 3+ years.
2️⃣ That extended family member who’s never been part of your life.
3️⃣ The co-worker you only ever grab lunch with.
4️⃣ The person who always seems to judge you.
5️⃣ The friend-of-a-friend your parents insist on inviting.
Your wedding, your rules. Focus on celebrating with the people who truly matter. 🥂

You don't know what to expect as you are planning for your big day!

Things you should include:
1) Take photos before the ceremony when your hair and make up is fresh, AND so you can enjoy cocktail hour with your guests
2) Ask your photographer to capture all of the little details from the perfume you will wear, the earrings, the invitation, your shoes, the hair details, cuff links , socks, bow tie..
3) Write a love letter to your partner and give it to them before the ceremony or during a quiet moment after the ceremony
4) Create a moment to take a group photo, best when you are about to open the dance floor
5) Get a sneak peak of your reception set up before your guests are seated

5 Dramatic Reasons Your Wedding Will Run Behind If You’re Planning Alone

1. No One Knows Who’s Supposed to Be Where
When you don’t communicate a crystal-clear hair & makeup schedule, your bridesmaids drift in late… causing HMUA to fall behind, your photographer to wait, and your entire timeline to unravel.

2. You’re the Only One Chasing Family Members for Photos.
Without delegated “photo wranglers,” you end up running around in your gown hunting down Aunt Linda who wandered to the bar—while golden hour slips away minute by minute.

3. You’re Busy Fixing Table Decor You Shouldn’t Be Touching.
Instead of sipping champagne, you’re straightening centerpieces, fixing sign placements, and adjusting napkins because no one else knows what “your vision” actually means.

4. You’re Checking In With Every Vendor Yourself.
When vendors arrive and you are the point of contact, you lose precious prep time answering questions, giving directions, and solving problems you shouldn’t even know about.

5. Your Bridal Party Doesn’t Line Up On Time.
No one knows who’s walking when, or where they’re supposed to stand—so you’re the one trying to wrangle a scattered bridal party minutes before the aisle moment.

If you’re planning your wedding on your own, at least check in with a bridal coach to review your timeline and communication plan—one session can literally save your entire day.

No rehearsals, no perfect steps — just a moment. ✨
Because the best first dances aren’t about getting it right, they’re about feeling it. The laughter, the nerves, the love — all of it. 💕
Sometimes all you need is a song, a heartbeat, and each other. 💃🕺
