As a wedding planner, people always ask how some weddings feel completely stress-free. The truth is, it’s usually because of these 3 reasons:

1. A solid timeline that everyone has in advance. When vendors, the wedding party, and family know exactly where they need to be, the day flows effortlessly.
2. Clear communication with every vendor. We confirm details, coordinate logistics, and make sure everyone is on the same page before the wedding day even begins.
3. A planner managing the behind-the-scenes details. While you’re enjoying every moment, we’re solving problems before you even know they exist.

The result? A calm, organized, and joyful wedding day where you get to be fully present.

- having a bridal party is exhausting on both sides!
- TikTok videos need a lot of practice
- not everything needs to match perfectly
- rather overspending on one WOW moment, couples choose to create an overall WOW experience
- walk away from old traditions that don't apply to you, it's your wedding
- don't make your wedding day feel like an agenda at a conference, make time for spontaneous moments, enjoy your guests and make them feel included

Brides be aware!
1) Your timeline needs buffer time to expect the unexpected
2) Someone needs to know how to bustle your dress - in advance
3) Practice going to the bathroom in your dress
4) Eat well and hydrate the day before AND day of your wedding
5) Family photos take longer than you think
6) Your bouquet won't last
7) Your DJ/ MC matters most
8) Something will not go according to plans

Be ready, plan ahead!

4 things that look good on paper but always end up disastrous on wedding day:
1) taper candles without enclosures.. candles drip, breeze blows them out, messy wax everywhere
2) seating charts by table number and not in alphabetical order.. takes guests a long time to find their name
3) unlimited toasts and nobody receives time limits.. the evening gets dragged out, people that shouldn't speak tell stories and you never end up on the dance floor
4) trusting that your playlist and Bluetooth speaker can do the work instead of a DJ.. who is making announcements? Who is controlling the flow of events? When nobody is in charge, the wedding slips away..

Soft textures, layered whites, glowing candlelight, and the magic of an outdoor Tahoe evening. There’s something timeless about a wedding that embraces simplicity so effortlessly. Every detail feels intentional — elegant tablescapes, warm ambient lighting, and the kind of atmosphere that makes every guest stop and take it all in.

This is the kind of wedding every bride dreams of being part of. Romantic, refined, and unforgettable beneath the Tahoe sky.

There are a lot of reasons why not everyone on the guest list can make it.
To get the best turnout, follow these tips:
1) pick easy travel days
2) send date savers
3) plan a memorable day
4) include a welcome event the day before for all guests
5) offer entertainment for kids (and friendly babysitters onsite)

Sometimes engagement time can last a year or two but for this couple, it took them 5 years to get their wedding plans in order! And the wait was so worth it!Super fun spring wedding with great food, a live band, the groom surprising his wife with a live performance, a saber champagne moment and more. This wedding was one for the books!

No matter where you are in your wedding planning… 🤍
Just engaged? Halfway through? Completely overwhelmed?
I see you.
My goal is simple:
To take you from confused + stressed → to organized + confident
Without adding more to your plate.
Because planning your wedding shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.
You deserve clarity, support, and a process that actually feels manageable ✨
Follow along if you want wedding planning to feel easier, not heavier
Save this for when it starts to feel like too much 🤍

It happens all the time...
Give your friends some support, so they do it right and not let the audience stand for the entire ceremony!

Pause, look up, add some humor, tell a story, get them hitched!

Let's hear it in the COMMENTS :
What did your officiant do great on your wedding day?

1️⃣ Unassigned seating chaos: Guests wandering, delayed timelines, and awkward vibes? Nope. Assign those seats!
2️⃣ Non-practical favors: Skip the clutter. Edible favors = happy guests.
3️⃣ Signature cocktail overload: A crowd-pleaser is great, but beer/wine or an open bar keeps it simple.
4️⃣ Speech marathons: Keep it short and sweet — your guests will thank you.
5️⃣ Long photo breaks: Don’t let the energy dip. Keep the party rolling!
6️⃣ Co****le & Jenga: Fun, but maybe it’s time for fresh ideas?
7️⃣ Dinner dragging on: Keep it moving so guests stay engaged.
8️⃣ No kids allowed: A tricky one — consider your guest list carefully.
9️⃣ Thursday/Sunday weddings: Travel can be tough. Think about convenience.
🔟 No post-ceremony congrats: Let your guests share the love!

💍 Brides, here’s the secret: A nail-proof timeline ensures you avoid these hiccups and soak in every moment stress-free.
