So we have had a few inquiries on Thanksgiving catering this year. We decided to just spend time relaxing and cooking for family as we really dont get a ton of turkey orders and honestly I have a lot to be thankful for this year and want to concentrate on family instead of business this year.
We will be offering our usual Double Smoked Christmas Hams and Turkey Breasts next month though for Christmas so stay tuned!

Our latest collaboration with Reds Rolls in Roselle
They wanted to do a turkey sausage roll for month of Nov so we smoked a turkey breast for them to use. Finished product is very moist and flavorful !

Crap weekend weatherwise..was going to smoke this 5 lb Black Angus Chuck on the smoker but decided to do an old school pot roast in the braiser( dont do crock pots lol)
Beer, homemade smokey beef stock, and the usual veggie suspects for the braising liquid. Meat hit with Heads Greek Mojo Dust and seared in good Greek olive oil.
This will cook all day low and slow just like BBQ !
