Yesterday was amazing, I don’t get to just relax too often, but yesterday, I did. Chris is big into fishing and he said the conditions were going to be perfect. He wasn’t wrong. It was good for fishing and good for photos. He wanted to kayak down the Kishwaukee river. We got out there to drop in about 7:00 am. It was a little chilly but I was super excited for the conditions. There was steam coming of the water, beautiful sun coming up and a subject to shoot.
I had my new phone and I wanted to play with the camera. 5 minutes into the trip, I got this photo. I was super excited for this lighting. These are the days you dream of and I had it.
After the first 20 minutes, of taking photos and editing, I found it very relaxing, floating down the river. I nearly fell asleep a few times.
All in all, it was one of the most relaxing days I have had in awhile! 💕 Enjoy!
