My experience with Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood has been a long journey, and after everything that happened, I felt it was important to write this review from the heart.
My previous vehicle, a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, developed serious engine problems and had to be brought into their service department for extensive repairs. Unfortunately, it was not a quick situation. The vehicle spent a significant amount of time at the dealership and later had to return again for additional major engine-related issues. During the second repair alone, my Suburban remained at the dealership for more than two months.
As you can imagine, being without my vehicle for that long was extremely frustrating and stressful. There were delays, parts that had to be ordered, additional issues discovered during the repair process, and many moments when I was understandably upset.
But this is exactly why I believe this review is important.
Throughout everything, Pedro, my Service Advisor, continued to treat me with patience, professionalism, kindness, and respect. Even when I was frustrated and expressed it, he never became disrespectful or dismissive. He continued communicating with me, answering my questions, and explaining what was happening.
Mike, the Service Manager, also took the time to speak with me, explain things, and help wherever he could. Both Pedro and Mike handled an extremely difficult situation professionally, and I truly appreciate that.
What ultimately brought this entire experience full circle was having the opportunity to sit down personally with Jordan Wright, the owner of Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood.
Jordan spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour with me. He listened to everything I had been through, answered my questions, and explained how the dealership, General Motors, parts ordering, warranty repairs, and the entire process work behind the scenes. He didn’t rush me or brush off my concerns. He simply sat down, listened, and spoke to me person-to-person.
After months of frustration, that conversation meant a great deal to me. I walked into that meeting carrying a lot of emotions and walked out feeling heard, respected, relieved, and honestly much better about the entire situation.
During our conversation, I mentioned that I wanted to purchase the black Suburban lettering and black bow tie emblems for my new vehicle. Jordan immediately told me, “Don’t worry about it. It’s on us.” He offered to have the dealership order the parts and install them at no charge. He did not have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated the gesture.
Perhaps the biggest statement I can make is this: after everything I went through with my previous Suburban, I still chose to purchase my brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from Quality Chevrolet GMC of Englewood — fully loaded, top of the line, with all the bells and whistles.
Mechanical problems can happen. Repairs can become complicated. Parts can be delayed. What matters to me is how a business treats its customer when things become difficult.
Pedro, Mike, Jordan, and the team continued treating me with dignity and respect even during some very stressful moments.
Thank you, Jordan Wright, for taking the time as the owner to personally sit down with me, listen to me, and explain everything. Thank you, Pedro, for your patience, communication, and professionalism throughout this entire ordeal. Thank you, Mike, for your help and professionalism as Service Manager.
After such a difficult journey, I’m happy this chapter ended with understanding, mutual respect, and a beautiful brand-new Suburban that I’m extremely happy with.
Five stars — not because everything went perfectly, but because when things became difficult, these gentlemen showed me what customer service and respect are supposed to look like.
