What does a day look like for us on your wedding day? Well since you asked lol...
Our day started about 9 am and ended around 1230 am. In those 15ish hours, we helped 160 ppl celebrate the love of two amazing people.
We streamed the wedding ceremony to those who couldn't attend in Brazil, interacted with the guests during the cocktail hour so they got to know us, and prepared for the start of the reception.
Their colors were orange and blue,so we used wireless uplights around the room to bring that NY Knicks flava. Created the perfect custom movements and patterns for the moving heads, one for the guests as they're coming in, perfectly paced dimmed so it's not in their faces blinding them as they find they're seats. Another for the bridal party entrance, faster brighter, elevated energy. Another for the grand entrance, bright and energetic, all of the lights. They fade away to a monogram in the middle of the dancefloor where all guests were anxiously awaiting that choreographed 1st dance.
Throughout the night, we worked with the photography and videography team to setup perfect shots, led the guests through interactive moments and made all important moments didn't happen unless they were being captured. Working with the Maitre D from the venue to coordinate last minute changes, taking requests from guests, ensuring our B&G took time to eat undisturbed, and when it was time, made sure everyone had an amazing time on the dancefloor.
Capped off the night with a quick customer review ( we need a better camera), then we gotta pack up all that gear, leaving our temporary office nice and clean exactly how we found it.
A long day, but we love what we do!
