Another exciting month of progress at Station Yards! 🏗️✨

Wood framing at The Core Apartments is nearly complete, and roofing is set to begin soon on the final two wings. In the North Wing, sheetrock is up and painted finishes are already underway, while the East Wing is moving toward gypcrete and sheetrock installation. The courtyard pool has been backfilled and is one step closer to becoming a key amenity, with patios and decks beginning to take shape to create inviting outdoor spaces for future residents.

Up top, the Northeast Rooftop Amenity Perch is nearing completion with its open pergola roof and viewing portals, offering a preview of those incredible future views. Across the site, brick, siding, and windows are revealing the final façade, while roadway and sidewalk work is moving forward to prepare Railroad Avenue for reopening. Each milestone brings us closer to welcoming you to the next chapter of Station Yards!
