Did a catering order for a Graduation party.
The main thing the young lady "The Graduate" wanted was some homemade Mac n' Cheese (her favorite is Panera). So I set out to make it.
With 5 pounds of Corkscrew Pasta and about 5 pounds of some good aged Vermont Cheddar & Copper American Cheese, with some butter, heavy cream, milk, and seasoning it was made.
It came out really good - delicious I was told.
Then I made some Baked Chicken, my Chicken Riggies, Ziti and Meatballs to go with it, Utica Greens, and salads to go with it

FYI - I Will be making a tray of Chicken Riggies for a friend/customer for a New Year Eve work party on Tuesday.
I will make some additional plates for $10. Who wants to order a plate or two ??

Our first round of to-go orders went so well we will now be offering this once a month!
