Phelps County Fair Mission Statement: The Phelps County Fair is held to promote the interest of agriculture and the home arts in the youth of Phelps County.

Today we honor the hard work, dedication, and spirit of the American worker. From farmers and first responders to teachers, healthcare workers, and everyone in betweenβ€”you are the heartbeat of our community. πŸ’ͺ❀️
