Our Story

The Sacco Family mortgaged their family business in order to purchase this beautiful castle and almost 12 acres of land. They continued to fund raise to purchase the rest of the land in order to build the best no kill (to make room or for treatable medical condition), non transfer animal sanctuary on the eastern coast. This sanctuary would have provided a safe shelter for any kind of animal as well as offer job opportunities for many individuals. At this time Whispering Pines Castle is putting a hold on all funds to be donated but will continue with their purpose of providing an amazing place for people to hold their events. Thank you to the community for their continued support.
