I’ve always been a chopped board brisket man. Mrs. Baird’s bread, homemade pickles, white onions and a slather of homemade bbq sauce. If you were lucky there were cuts of sausage mixed in.

Just messing around with a few new menu items. Korean style smoked brisket, honey wasabi slaw, sunomono, pickled habanada peppers and an Asian pepper balsamic reduction. Not a bad day.
