In today’s technique class, we focused on one small detail that makes a BIG difference — rolling through the feet in sauté.

From plié ➡️ push ➡️ full extension, learning to use the feet properly builds stronger jumps, cleaner lines, and better control overall. These moments matter, and the growth is showing!
