After a breathtaking ceremony overlooking the mountains—and a waterfall flowing beneath the dining area!—guests were treated to an intimate chef-curated dinner.

A few highlights from the menu included:

This time, we celebrated a gorgeous bachelorette party for 13 amazing guests (plus two adorable furry friends 🐾💕). It was such a joy to create a custom menu full of heart, flavor, and a little bit of indulgence.

The evening’s menu featured:

🍽️ Torched Polenta & Herb-Crusted Pork with a bourbon apricot glaze
🥗 Arugula Salad with shaved fennel, sun-dried tomatoes & a citrus champagne vinaigrette

On the Road Again—This Time to Arlington, VA!
Had the pleasure of creating a custom chef’s table experience for a GMU graduation celebration with 8 wonderful guests. The client had a few unique requests, but also gave me room to get creative—which always leads to something special. He was so thrilled, he’s already invited me back for a whole lamb and house-made specialty sausages!

Here’s a look at the evening’s menu:

🍅 Heirloom Tomato Burrata & Fig Carpaccio
Burrata, fresh figs, muddled sea salt-crushed red peppercorns, and fresh herbs

🦪 Citrus Scallops & Fennel
Seared scallops with lemon-caper beurre blanc, shaved black truffle, and fennel fronds

🥗 Arugula & Orange Salad
With cucumber, fennel, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, and an orange champagne vinaigrette

🐟 Citrus Herb Sea Bass
Chilean sea bass in citrus herb oil, served with roasted fingerlings and charred asparagus

🥩 Toasted Cumin Saddle of Lamb
Stuffed with apricot-pine nut bread and wrapped in prosciutto, finished with fresh herb chimichurri, roasted potatoes, and braised artichokes

It was an honor to be part of such a meaningful celebration—and the best part? Seeing everyone around the table smiling between bites.

After a gorgeous beach wedding, we gathered for an unforgettable dinner by the coast—poolside appetizers, candlelit courses, and lots of love in the air. 💍🌴

🍇 Appetizer hour kicked off with:
🧀 A stunning charcuterie board — cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, apple mostarda & port cherry fig jam
🔥 Torched brie crostini with that dreamy fig & cherry jam
🍓 Strawberry, walnut & goat cheese salad (a guest favorite!)

🍽️ Dinner by the sea featured:
🥩 Bordeaux herb-crusted lamb chops with red wine reduction
🦞 Filet mignon + crab-stuffed lobster tail, whipped potatoes & balsamic Brussels sprouts
🐟 Crispy-skinned salmon with citrus dill velouté, roasted potatoes & glazed baby carrots

🍊🍫 We ended on a sweet note: blood orange chocolate mousse topped with crushed pistachios — rich, zesty, and totally irresistible.

From beach vows to bites by the water—this was one for the books. 💕🌅
