e wedding you have always dreamed of. No longer in operation today, this old rustic barn was once home to a family owned horse farm for more than 30 years. The rusty tin roof and patina of the wood that shows its age, is also home to memories for two generations of our family, these memories have inspired us to convert this property into an outdoor event center, allowing the perfect setting for any outdoor wedding or event.

All Inclusive Package

8.5 Hours total at the venue
DJ provided
Bartender provided, you provide the alcohol
(Beer, wine and champagne only. No liquor allowed)
Photographer included with 150 digitally edited photos ( 4 Hours coverage )
Caterer for up to 100 guests, meal includes:
One meat, chicken or pulled pork
Two sides of your choice
Rolls or buns
Tea & water

This package would require you to RSVP 30 days prior to your event date!

For the Ceremony
Estimated number of guests: ____________(Up to 150.00 anything over this number of guests is subject to an additional fee)
Ceremony sites at the barn or in a wooded setting, 4 to choose from
Decor provided by the venue
Arrival time for bride, up to 4 hours prior to the ceremony
Dressing area in the home for bridal party
Up to 100 white wooden chairs
2 Planning sessions prior to the wedding
Tables included: Gift / Register stand, Unity, Memory, and Favor table
Attendants to help with parking and foot traffic if needed
Plan B provided in the event of inclement weather
1 Hour Rehearsal included, time and date dependent upon availability
No additional charge for bridal shoots or engagement photos

For the Reception
4.5 Hour reception time
40 X 60 Tent that seats up to 100 guests
Lighting for the tent includes a beautiful chandelier
Additional lighting includes 250 foot of romantic bulb string lighting outside of the tent in the surrounding wooded area
Round tables & white wooden chairs for up to 100
Use of any decor including centerpieces, Lanterns, glass, greenery, table numbers, whiskey barrels, easels, signs, and much more
Cake & Drink tables included
Ivory floor length linens and runners of your choice are provided for all tables in this package with specialty linens for the bride and groom table, and cake table.
Buffet style food table with black linens provided
Bar adjacent to the reception tent with with large mobile ice bin / beverage caddy onsite, bistro style bar tables included
