Today is the day!!! I finally get to announce the “BEST”news. I am truly humbled and honored to announce that Tasty Table was chosen as BEST OF THE BEST IN CATERING for all of Rockwall County for 2025. I want to thank everyone that has supported, ordered and that voted for me in this contest. I give GOD ALL the glory for ALL of Tasty Table’s accomplishments in the one year that I have been in business. Here’s to even more success in 2026!!

Things I’ve made today: 2 sweet potato casseroles, 2 pans of mashed potatoes, a ham, gravy, homemade Cesar salad dressing, horseradish cream sauce, cranberry sauce, shrimp dip, meatballs in gravy, 2 loaves of garlic bread & a breakfast casserole. Only thing left is green bean casseroles tomorrow morning.

I would love to make these.

Garlic bread steak bites with horseradish cream. These are always my most popular appetizers during this time of year. You can get the sirloin steaks pretty affordable, especially at Aldi. You can prep the steaks ahead of time and slice and heat when you’re ready. This is a very elegant appetizer. If you don’t like horseradish, you can always use steak sauce for the topping or french fried onions. The recipe is linked in the first comment.

I have room for just a few more orders before Christmas or for Christmas. Take delivery by December 24th. I can do charcuteries, lasagnas(chicken or beef), enchiladas or the traditional Christmas dinner dishes. Pies available too. As well as I’m offering a few breakfast items, such as hash brown breakfast casserole or English muffins with cheesy sausage. Orders need to be in by the 17th.

I have several extra pans of homemade refried beans if anyone is interested. They go for $20 for full pan and $15 for half pan. These beans are really good. They aren’t your “out of the can” beans.
