Payment & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing PartyPops with Savannah for your event dΓ©cor. Please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Deposits
β’ For all orders over $200, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
β’ Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
β’ The remaining balance is due upon delivery and setup on the day of your event.
Rush Orders
β’ Orders placed within 7 days of the event date will incur a $50 rush fee, and 100% of the balance will be due up front.
β’ Rush orders are subject to availability.
Cancellations
β’ Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit.
β’ Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date will require full payment and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds
β’ Once balloons, backdrops, or signage have been delivered and installed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
β’ Due to the custom nature of our designs and materials purchased specifically for your event, all deposits are non-refundable.
