✨ More Than Just a Space ✨
About a year ago, the “baton” was passed from the incredible women who first dreamed up and built this beautiful space in downtown Rockwall called The Flat Downtown. Hayley Crespo & Pare Underwood created a special space in Downtown Rockwall and for the past year I have had the honor to steward their vision for The Flat Downtown.

Over this past year, The Flat Downtown has experienced tremendous growth, amplified creativity, and countless memories made within these walls — reminding us that this truly is more than just a space. It’s a place where community, connection, and creativity come alive! It’s a space where your story unfolds and gets celebrated!

I am so grateful for the foundation of this business that was entrusted to me last September, and for the impact The Flat Downtown has made on Downtown Rockwall. With a year of learning, growing, and thriving in the Downtown Rockwall scene, I am truly looking forward to all that this next year ahead will bring for The Flat Downtown.

For the guests who have trusted our space over the past 2.5 years to host your celebrations, showers, business launches, youth groups, workshops and so much more…THANK YOU for choosing this small business for your big occasions! I have enjoyed getting to know the guests who have walked through our doors this past year and shared their stories with me. The City of Rockwall has purchased our building and we could not be more excited! You have probably already noticed some changes happening to the old church sanctuary, clean up in and around the building, and MANY more improvements to come!

We are joining in on all the fun on Saturday, May 17th! will be hosting a wine walk from 12-4pm & will be one of the spots you can come to get a free glass of wine to sip on while you stroll downtown and shop at some of your favorite stores.
