Seven Years’ War at Billie Creek Village ⚔️📸

Here are some of my favorite photos I captured this weekend during the Seven Years’ War reenactment at Billie Creek Village!

From the period clothing and camps to the musket fire and battle demonstrations, there were so many great moments to photograph. The reenactors did an incredible job bringing history to life, and it definitely made for a fun day behind the camera.

Battle for Billie Creek a Mid 18th Century Living History Weekend — That’s a Wrap!

What a weekend! Thank you to everyone who came out to Billie Creek Village for this year’s Battle for Billie Creek.

We were excited to welcome around 130 reenactors back to the village this year, along with all of the visitors who came out to experience the weekend, explore the village, and enjoy the events.

The soggy conditions gave us a little change of plans, with the battle taking place within the village this year — making for a pretty unique experience!

We truly appreciate everyone who participated, volunteered, worked, visited, or supported the event in any way. It takes a lot of people to make a weekend like this happen, and we’re grateful to each and every one of you.

Thank you for making Battle for Billie Creek 2026 a great weekend. We’ll see you at the next one!

The recent storms have brought quite a bit of water through Billie Creek.

Here’s a look at just how high the water has risen around the Beeson Bridge.
