Here’s a peek of Avery's vision board. Vision boards serves as our roadmap in everything we do!

Here's why it matters:

1. It allows client to see the vision.
2. It helps all vendors to get on the same page (sometimes we have 10-15 vendors and it’s important they understand the vision and we don’t leave anything to imagination because we all see things differently).
3. Provides a pantone color palette so we don’t have a bunch of random shades of the same color.
4. It gets vendors excited about what’s to come.
5. For the planner, it helps me to map out the party and keep both the big things and small things in mind.

Avery’s National Park 🏞️ This event was so much fun!! It all began when our client, , revealed that her son is turning 5 and has a deep passion for camping and dinosaurs. And honestly, who can resist that combination? 😄 As we brainstormed further, Brittany suggested that we honor black culture in recognition of Black History Month. And from that moment on, the event became a beautiful fusion of fun, education, and celebration. Truly a memorable experience for everyone involved! 🎉🔥

In 2013, Thérèse discovered her love for the event industry after planning and designing a baby shower for her sister-in-love. Over the next few years, she honed in on her skills by planning events for close friends and family members. Therese found value in taking event planning and design workshops which allowed her to establish her company’s brand. Therese’s formal educational background happens to be in the field of psychology where she has acquired invaluable skills. Her ability to work closely with others, analyze difficult situations, and problem-solve under pressure, prove to be important skills in the event planning industry.

​The "Helping Hans" Project

As a child Thérèse's mom's nickname was "Helping Hans" (Hans is short for her middle name, Hansford). Growing up, she was known for offering assistance to people in need, and as a parent she did not deviate from this habit. Thérèse's mother is truly the essence of The Helping Hans Project.
