A multi purpose post. I’ve loved photographing this family and am lucky to have done so for many years. They booked a session with me last fall mostly because their big giant Great Dane Otis didn’t have much longer left in this world and they wanted to capture him while he was still vibrant and bouncy even though he was pretty sick already. That dog gave his family (and pretty much everyone) every ounce of love he had and got it all right back. He never had an unloved day in his life. I think that’s a pretty great legacy. I will definitely miss him at our sessions. A lap dog who had literally no idea he was technically too big to be one and could bounce all day long. I’d like to think the last picture is of him bouncing across the rainbow bridge into happiness forever.
Also, Christa is running for RVC board of education and elections are tomorrow. Please get out and vote for her!! She is smart as a whip, compassionate, knowledgeable, involved, has a deep financial background, is the current high school pta president, is a special ed representative with kids in rvc schools. And I know she’d be the perfect person for a board position. Cause what we now have is for sure NOT working.
