Halloween Contest Rules…To be eligible All participants for The Adult and Kids Costume Contest have to purchase their costume from J&L Distributors Party Store & More at 204 Mill Rd Rockingham NC 28379 between the following dates…Sept 1, 2025 through November 2, 2025 and receive a control number from us to be a valid entry. You then send a “still”pic (not video) during this time frame of the person wearing the costume purchased to 910-331-1049 or to our Facebook private message. If you send more than one pic, we will choose which one to post. Only one pic can be posted but multiple shots in “one pic” are allowed. We reserve the right to deny a pic that we feel is too inappropriate for our page. In that case, we will ask for another pic to be taken and sent to us. We will message you when we verify and have posted your pic to our photo album for 2025. From there, starting Oct 1, 2025, have as many as possible “like” your photo you sent on J&L’s page in our photo album marked 2025 Adult Costume Contest or 2025 Kids Costume Contest to get credit. Details Determining the winner… Once the screenshot of contest photo has been taken by the administrator of J&L Distributors Party Store & More at said time of contest end, that is the Only determination of the “Most Likes” Winner on Child Contest and “Most Likes” Winner on Adult Contest rendering both contests over. Any other likes beyond that screenshot are not valid votes. Winner will be contacted and verified by Administrator of J&L Distributors Party Store & More that day. If perhaps there are more than one winner with same amount of “Most Likes” Adult or Child Contest (Screenshot taken by J&L Admin only) those winners must split prize.
