REDS WIN! REDS WIN!

For those of you who weren’t on the road at 1:30 this morning after a third shift catering, you may have missed the end of the game.

Sal Stewart hit a 2 run home run in the top of the 11th inning and the Reds hung on to beat the Padres 5-3.

Listening to the game on the radio and watching the light show in the sky made the catering trip exciting.

What an incredible week we had at the Rockford Community VBS!

Over 190 kids joined us for an amazing time of fun, learning, and fellowship. We raised $1,041 to support our initiatives and provided an astonishing 4,165 meals!

God is good! 🙌

Huge thank-you to 2 awesome couples who chose to have us be part of their special day yesterday by catering their wedding reception.

Both Kaylee & Regan and Morgan & Grant were great to work with and their friends and family were so nice and appreciative.

Congratulations and thanks to the new Mr & Mrs Martin and Mr & Mrs Albers!

Thanks to all of our team who helped with these events! Matt did a great job preparing and our catering teams were awesome!

These receptions and a grad party capped off a busy week. Getting ready for another one!

One job (3 shifts) for 585, wedding reception in Columbus, alumni banquet, couple grad parties, 50th anniversary celebration and a couple other small events. Let’s go! The week after this one is crazy busy!

It takes a lot of preparation and coordination plus chafers, cambros, serving utensils, and great helpers to cater 3 wedding receptions in one night. Add in a graduation party and that was our Saturday.

We get to do that again in 3 weeks!

2 grad parties tomorrow plus 225 chicken 1/2 dinners for Mendon Alumni.

2 wedding receptions (760 people) next weekend. One 3 shift job this week along with a retirement party, and 3 other events are on the schedule.

The month of June is busy. Matt does an amazing job ordering, prepping, and cooking. We are blessed to have some great people who like to work with us from time to time.

Our crews covered some miles this week and did an awesome job. Thanks, Susie, Abby, Addie K., Linda, April, Deb, Carson, Brenda, Akaylee, Addie R., Althea. We appreciate you all!
