Sunday!

Join me, accompanied by Randy Leasman Music for Surround Sound, a monthly community sound bath at Skylark - Rock Island, IL.

Expect layered instrumentation and intentional stillness, surrounded by the energy of a beautiful historic church, which now serves as a stunning community center and music venue.

Come cozy: Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, or whatever helps you get comfortable. Some comfort companions will be provided, but they are usually claimed quickly.

Each gathering includes: An immersive sound bath featuring guest musicians and/or artists, guided meditation, complimentary herbal garden tea (please bring a mug from home to enjoy tea♻️), an intuitively chosen crystal tumble to take home and add to your collection, and a hand rolled beeswax ritual candle made by me🙋🏾‍♀️🐝🕯

Registration details are available on the Sound & Salutations website✨️
