Another amazing wedding weekend, this one at Indian Ridge in Highland NY. We plated 143 dinners in 21 minutes, prepared fresh on premise served on hot plates outdoors in the barn. We can’t thank Jacob and Allison for allowing us to be a part of their amazing day! Congratulations to an awesome couples!
