(If you don’t know what a Gryphon is, look at the picture.) “Up, lazy thing!” said the Queen, “and take this young lady to see the Mock Turtle, and to hear his history. I must go back and see after some executions I have ordered;” and she walked off, leaving Alice alone with the Gryphon. Alice did not quite like the look of the creature, but on the whole she thought it would be quite as safe to stay with it as to go after that savage Queen: so she waited.
The Gryphon sat up and rubbed its eyes: then it watched the Queen till she was out of sight: then it chuckled. “What fun!” said the Gryphon, half to itself, half to Alice.
“What is the fun?” said Alice.
“Why, she,” said the Gryphon. “It’s all her fancy, that: they never executes nobody, you know. Come on!”
“Everybody says ‘come on!’ here,” thought Alice, as she went slowly after it: “I never was so ordered about in all my life, never!”...

This diva knows not only how to serve a look but also how to capture the audience's attention on stage. I have not only worked with this performer but also competed against her in the past. To say that I have felt lucky to see her grow as a person and as an artist would be an understatement.

WE ARE 20 DAYS AWAY TILL THE RABBIT HOLE OPENS FOR YOU AGAIN

As the summer is coming to a close we are getting together to bask in the sunset one more time. To help us celebrate this time in the light we have two baddies coming out!! You're getting a dose of jaw dropping burlesque. As well as a dose of puss from a fierce drag queen who has recently returned to Rochester.

Oh my lovlies wonderland is opening up again~

We are only a month out from the next Rabbit Hole party, and the streets have already been buzzing with excitement. So many of you have told me over the past couple of weeks how much fun you had at the last one and that you've been dying for the next party.

Oh my Lovlies-while a couple weeks have passed my heart is still on cloud 9 from our pride team party. For those who don't know after pride weekend I had some health complications so I needed to step back for a little bit to heal. Now that I'm back in action there are some huge thank yous in order!

For this party I definitely was feeling the pressure of wanting to truly contend with the other iconic pride parties that we know and love around Rochester. And that pressure was even higher knowing I was the only party that was run by a Black & Sapphic person. To create a dancefloor that values and truly is a safe space for POC folks, women, and genderless folks of all kinds. This is not said with shade just stating a fact, Rochester certainly doesn't need another dancefloor for white gay men. So to give those people who have been yearning for a party for them that and to make the experience worthwhile. And dare I say, I think we pulled it off.

Every single person who came in brought so much joy, love and support with them. People came dressed in their tea party best, and some even came with bunny ears on to show their love! Throughout the night folks came up to me and had the kindest things to say and danced the night away. I cannot thank you all enough for filling the place and making it truly feel like a night to remember. I hope I can make y'all proud every party and be a q***r event that will leave a mark on the Rochester scene for years to come.

This experience wouldn't have been so amazing without the people who helped bring it to life. To our honored guests Eden Alive and (after dropping in on short notice due to the homophobic rain stopping Chintz from joining us) Romeo Mirage. You both knew exactly how to make the room go crazy!!! Thank you so much to both of you for bringing your one of a kind artistry to the dancefloor. To every staff member at Flora, y'all truly worked your asses off to make sure the space was safe and that the drinks kept flowing. Without such a strong team behind me this party couldn't have gone as smoothly as it did. Thank you all for always working hard and believing in this vision of mine. And to my partner in crime Kacey for killing it on lights and running around to help get everything together.

You can expect a Rabbit Hole Party every other month. Figure that gives y'all enough time to yearn for the next one. I already have such fun things in the works for you so please keep in eye out. See you in Wonderland again in September 💋

And to give you all something to chew on till then, it is time for the MOODBOARD!

For this party, we are celebrating Pride in the best way Wonderland knows how - with a mad tea party~ The big three things to keep in mind for this theme is Maximalism, Colors, and Hats. Layer different patterns, wear that bright color you've been nervous to wear out, and wear whatever hat makes you feel the most puss. This could be a huge top hat, a flower crown, a fascinator, or even a wig. Whatever feels right to you.

We're all mad here, so don't hold back!

To usher in Pride Week, it's time to finally introduce our other honored guest to our Pride tea party. Welcome out the icon of the Alternative drag scene of Rochester, Chintz McMahon. You may have seen him hosting his drag show, Plot Twist, at Bar Bad Ending, or even in the wrestling ring at Lux. This artist's one-of-a-kind talent has won them multiple titles, truly allowing them to carve out a space for themselves in our local drag scene.

Now I'm sure y'all are absolutely busting at the seams for the moodboard. Keep an eye out because it'll be here before you know it~

This queen took the stage only a couple of years ago, but she has absolutely made her mark on the drag scene all over WNY. Not only has she been crowned Miss Roar 2025, but is also currently the reigning champion of Buffalo's Drag Race. Eden Alive is known for her explosive energy and her unclockable mug that is simply out of this world. If you want to see why this performer's name is on everyone's lips, then you better find yourself at this special Pride edition of Rabbit Hole!

Hear ye Hear ye!!! I have an official decree from Wonderland!! During Rochester Pride weekend, Flora will be taken over for a MAD TEA PARTY!!! That's right after all of your fun of watching the parade and visiting the official festival during the day, you can finally lose yourself in the fun of Rabbit Hole.

At this tea party, you can expect the absolute unexpected. We will have music, dancing, and performances all night long starting at 10pm. I want this to be our biggest party yet, so make sure to stay tuned for updates over the upcoming weeks.

To be a part of rochester pride nightlife history this year truly feels like such a dream come true, and I can't wait to give you a pride memory you'll never forget.
