🏆 2026 NYSPHSAA Girls Golf Championships Recap 🏆

New York's best high school girls golfers gathered at Wild Wood Country Club in Rush for two days of championship competition, culminating in an outstanding finish at the 2026 NYSPHSAA Girls Golf Championships.

Congratulations to Hayden Knapp of South Glens Falls, who captured the Individual Championship.

👏 Congratulations as well to Great Neck (Section VIII) for claiming the Team Championship and earning statewide bragging rights as New York's top girls golf team.

From practice rounds to the final putt, the championship showcased incredible talent, sportsmanship, and the bright future of girls golf across New York State.

Thank you to all players, coaches, families, volunteers, and Wild Wood Country Club for an outstanding championship week.

A beautiful day on the shores of Sodus Bay set the stage for the 2026 RDGA Two Person Best Ball at Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club! ⛳️

Teams battled through 18 holes of best-ball competition with plenty of birdies, great shots, and memorable moments along the way. From clutch putts to picture-perfect drives, it was another outstanding day of RDGA tournament golf.

Congratulations to Steve Kirin of Reservoir Creek Golf on recording a hole-in-one at Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club on June 9! ⛳️

Steve aced the 125-yard 15th hole with a 9-iron — and the timing couldn't have been better.

Hole No. 15 was also the designated RDGA Hole-in-One Prize Hole for the day, meaning Steve not only made an ace, but also took home $750 courtesy of the RDGA! 💰🎉

Whether you're a longtime tournament player or looking to experience your first RDGA championship, this event is one of the most enjoyable competitions of the season. Grab a partner and get ready for 18 holes of team competition across five divisions for men, women, seniors, super seniors, and juniors.

The road to the 2026 RDGA District Championship is officially underway.

A strong field of competitors teed it up at Sycamore Golf Club for the first District Championship Qualifier, battling for a spot in the 2026 John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial at Stafford Country Club.

Congratulations to all players who earned their way into the Championship field and thank you to Sycamore Golf Club for hosting another outstanding qualifier.
