I made a drink combining Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfield …introducing “The Harper” she’s a mix of both parents from her moms delicious margarita line and her fathers delicious California Cantaloupes family cantaloupes from Allen Family Farms sold right here in WNY at Tops Friendly Markets

We made a cantaloupe simple syrup (my first time doing so) and omg it was delicious!!! I immediately thought of tequila then immediately thought no way we need to use Angel Margarita for it. The Allen Family Farms Cantaloupe syrup would prob go good with vodka or rum too ✨ even a sparkling mocktail !!

For the past few weeks I’ve been working behind the scenes of creating 75 mixology kits for the ladies of the Buffalo Bills for their cheers for the bills kickoff event. It was honestly my dream project and so much fun working on. Getting to bring it to the stadium and go inside the new stadium for my first time was really exciting for me.

I got to bring the mixology kits inside (two sweet staff members helped carry them lmfao it was a few trips 😂) and the whole experience was something I’ll never forget and are super grateful I got to do, especially just starting out this business and really working so hard over the past almost year to get my business to take off so I can support my children better in this expensive ass economy 😂

I was asked by a woman who was a guest at a previous event I did to bring my bar for her husbands birthday party this past weekend in Williamsville. Honestly it was such a honor to be asked by someone who enjoyed our previous services as a guest 🥹 They were the sweetest group and events like this just make it seem like fun and not work. The Shnow Motorsports Car Shnow was such a fun event to bring the bar to and make Shirley temples and mocktails!

I’ve never made so many Shirley temples in my life 😂😂🍒🍒 As a bills fan and a car lover this event was sooo cool !! So many cool cars, drifting I could watch right from our spot, and the best empanadas. I’d do it over and over again!

It was such a joy to bring our mocktail bar to the Colon Cancer Coalition Get your Rear in Gear 5k event hosted by Lindsay Riggs in Buffalo this weekend 💙 The event was absolutely amazing and it directly is impacting WNY which is pretty dang cool! Of course we did blue themed mocktails and blueberry cold brews.

Can’t believe how booked and busy my little business has been in our first summer!! We’ve done some pretty amazing events this past summer and we still have some more fun things in the works 👀 These are just some of the amazing events we got to be apart of this summer!

Beyond grateful for all the love and support Roc and Pour has been shown this past year! I cannot wait to see where we are next summer - multiple bars, hopefully a trailer, employees and just building a business for my family that brings the good vibes and good drinks across WNY. My little family says thank you!! 😊
