We were absolutely thrilled to host the AIA 2026 Design Awards right here at The Historic German House! There is something incredibly special about filling a century-old ballroom with the very minds who shape our built environment. From our towering windows to the timeless craftsmanship of our original brickwork, it was an honor to share a space filled with the kind of historic charm we knew this crowd would truly appreciate.

While the architects filled the seats, our exclusive partners at completely stole the show by filling their plates and glasses! From a spectacular, elevated Tuscan station to a vibrant lineup of hand-passed appetizers, the culinary design was just as masterpiece-worthy as the awards themselves.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate local design, innovation, and history. The spotlight looked beautiful on all of you!

While local architects were busy celebrating the finest structural designs in Rochester, the Partyman team was busy designing the perfect bite. It’s safe to say these stole the show! 😍
