We built our approval system around four critical checkpoints:

✓ Design Sign-Off - Client confirms visual direction, layout, branding placement. Prevents 'That's not what I imagined' at the final walkthrough.

✓ Menu Finalization - Every dish, portion size, and dietary accommodation gets signed off in writing. Stops the 'I never agreed to that' conversation.
