Virginia and I are so overwhelmed by the size and number of donations we have received so far. We will be thanking you all individually soon. If you can help with a donation or share, thank you.
UPDATE - Due to the kindness of neighbors, we managed to cut down trees on a neighboring property and drive our cars to lower ground this weekend. Also, there are plans by CReW to build steps on the path leading to our homes - we just need to fund the lumber.
Also, thanks to the donations, we are signing a contract with the best INDEPENDENT civil engineer in Vermont to determine the cause and develop a solution. There is an issue with the timeline that other professionals have ignored. This is a major step that we could not have done without the generosity of so many We still face daunting expenses but we're feeling blessed because of you all, we know we'll get through it.
