Looking for delicious gluten-free and dairy-free options? We have you covered!

Our Penne all'Ortolana ("from the garden") with Chicken was a hit at a recent event. This dish features tender grilled chicken breast, charred eggplant, and zucchini tossed with blistered peppers and onions, served over gluten-free penne pasta with a vibrant red pepper puree and fresh basil.

We would love to bring dishes like this to your next gathering.
