Studley's is proud to be a three-time sponsor of these beautiful barrels, planters, and hanging baskets all supporting efforts to beautify downtown Rochester. We love being a part of such a vibrant, caring community and are honored to contribute to keeping Rochester a colorful place 🌷

1 - The Sponsor a Flower Barrel is a Rochester Main Street initiative for these street-side barrels
2 - The Adopt-A-Basket is a City of Rochester NH program to install hanging baskets
3 - Our Rochester Opera House sponsorship includes these gorgeous planters right in front of City Hall

You can see all three types of sponsored flowers from one spot — right in front of Rochester City Hall. Check them out the next time you're downtown! 🪷

Flourishing For 90+ Years | Our Story

1928

Studley Flower Gardens was established at its current 82 Wakefield Street location in Rochester, NH by Joshua Studley.

We know little about Joshua Studley from online sources, but we know he was born in Rockland, MA , moved to Rochester in 1919 and later married Rochester native, Norma McCrillis.

Joshua became a prominent Rochester resident, serving on the Governor’s Council, the Rochester City Council and served one term as Mayor of Rochester during the 1940s.
