Officially un-pausing! 🎉

I had taken February and March off to deal with several different things happening at once, and that time away from Lettered by Katherine (though I still had a couple small projects and answered emails when I was able/willing) was so needed.

Some things I’ve been up to:
- Grieving the loss of our family chihuahua (the sweetest pup, we miss her everyday)
- Had major surgery (almost entirely recovered now and feeling SO much better)
- Started my second semester of grad school
- Adopted another rescue chihuahua
- Got an amazing website redesign by
- Had an incredible brand shoot with (this photo is one of my favorites!)

So, I was a bit busy during this “break” 🫠 With that being said, I’m so grateful to have had the ability to step away for a bit and come back when I was ready. I’m looking forward to some live events and weddings I have booked so far for 2025, and can’t wait to see what else comes my way. ✨

Long time, no see! I just wanted to share some availability updates for the remainder of the year now that summer is winding down.

Starting the end of August I am going back to school (🎉) and also doing an 8 month long training program (🎉) and getting accepted to both was a bit of a surprise, so my availability looks a little different than it would have previously. Taking into account the projects I am already booked for, from now until January I have room for:

- one wedding
- one live event
- 3 custom projects

Of course every project is different so I may stray from this plan I’ve created, but for now this is a good idea of what I know I’m capable of fulfilling this fall. If you have a project in mind that is time sensitive (holiday card envelope addressing, personalized gift, etc.) please reach out sooner than later! The more time I have before the date you need the item(s), the better.

I’ve seen a lot more fabric elements in weddings lately and I am here for it! This “just married” fabric banner I made is simple and sweet, and can absolutely be reused as a wall hanging (nestled among several plants would be ideal, imo) 🤍🌿

This ring dish is still available!! This collaboration with Summit View Ceramics was so fun, I loved adding these engravings to the beautiful pottery created by Krysten!! 🤍

I loooved collaborating with Krysten!! Engraving these planters (and ring dishes, too!) was nerve wracking because I didn't want to ruin any of the beautiful pieces she had created. Luckily I destroyed a total of zero of them, and now they just need to go home with you 😉
