You have seen Rapini aka broccoli rabe on our menu a lot lately and might have been wondering what it is...

What is Rapini?
A bitter, nutty, leafy green related to turnips. It's stems, leaves, buds and yellow flowers are edible and a good source of vitamins A, C & K, as well as potassium, calcium and iron

You'll find Rapini in our salad and pork sandwich this week 🌻
