Our Story
BRITTANYLYONS’ enthusiasm for food and flavor was unexpected. With a background in science and mathematics, she became fascinated with understanding the science in the kitchen. Shortly there after, she chose to place her career on hold and start a business. Now as owner of Sweet B’s Catering, she spends endless hours learning and discovering why things do what they do.
Brittany specializes in menu design and spares no dish or detail as she delivers consistently amazing results. Sweet B’s caters special events for clients who want their food to take the spotlight.
She currently offer a selection of weekly dinners to the local community for same day delivery. She is also involved in the community and has donated her services for non-profits such as B’s in the D and Rochester Community Schools.
