4 years ago, we had our first ever wedding at The Woods. Words cannot begin to describe the excitement, anxiety, and fulfillment from this day. 4 years later, we have grown leaps & bounds. We’ve learned so many lessons on how to truly create memorable events. The details matter. We pay attention so our clients don’t have to.
Koert and I did not have the most flawless wedding day that we had hoped for. It’s taken a long time to realize that we weren’t meant to because we were MEANT for this life; to ensure our clients have the most magical day they deserve. Seeing our clients and friends leave our doors stress free, happy, and married, heals that little part in our hearts for the day we didn’t get to have.
To our friends & family, thank you for sticking with us on this WILD ride.
To our clients, thank you for allowing us to play a small role in the start of your beautiful new journey.
To our first ever bridal clients and now friends, Kurt & Connor, thank you for trusting us and taking a HUGE leap of faith to book a venue that didn’t even have a post in the ground yet.

What do venue owners do before the kick off of wedding season? 🍸 We have a date night & take the weekend off 🥂 We took 2 days to take it easy before we plunge back into the season. 🥩 Dinner, shopping, and reflection on why we chose this business path. Due to the pandemic, our wedding day wasn’t as flawless and magical as we had hoped…and that is our motivation for all our our amazing couples, to give them the day that we didn’t have. 💒
🌳 A little piece of us truly heals when we see our clients & friends leave our doors happy, smiling, and married! 🌳
