Today is the day!

If you’ve been meaning to visit the peony farm- this is your chance!

TODAY IS THE ONE AND ONLY DAY ALL YEAR OUR FIELD IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

We often get asked why we’re not open more frequently, and the answer is simple: we’re a working wholesale cut flower farm. Every hour we’re open to visitors is an hour we’re not harvesting, mowing, weeding, planting, packing orders or doing the hundreds of other jobs required to keep the farm moving.

For safety reasons, we can’t operate tractors and equipment while guests are in the field, which means opening the farm requires us to essentially pause business for the day. It’s a significant investment of both time and resources, but we love being able to share the flowers with you.

So if you’ve ever wanted to wander through thousands of blooming peonies- today is the day.

Our Flour is now at the Peterson Farm!!!
They have the cutest farm stand shed.
I recommend checking it out.
They have eggs,honey, veggies soon, pet treats and so much more!!!!

We are now carrying The Greenfield Heritage Farm red fife flour.
We have been asked by a handful of people if we know of someone and we finally found them.

Still open until 7p I don’t see the flour lasting long

On May 26 & 27 was a very frustrating day.
Dave replanted the Red Fife Wheat 🌾
Theory is it rotted because the soil was still to cold then it got wet after the first planting.

Now that’s it’s replanted 🌾 we pray 🙏🏻

Good news.
He found 🍀 these right before he replanted & Logan spent the morning on the tractor 🚜 with him!
Full Moon 🌕 Lore says to plant 🌱 right before the full moon peaks.

I’m thinking this crop of wheat 🌾 should be a bumper crop!!!
