All set up. Smoker is rolling smoke and brisket, Pulled Pork are resting, smoked mac and Mexican Street Corn are on the smoker. Ribs are most of the way done wrapped and we have a few beef ribs on as well. Come get some Q and listen to some blues at Dual Citizen Brewing Co in St.Paul

I love coffee and my oldest Nico Cruz got me a 3 month subscription to coffee from different parts of the world. Can't hardly wait for Wednesday to start my new coffee. I really like coffee from India. Noco brought me some from Nepal years ago.

Day 2 Brew day for Smoked Beer.
I got to help add smoked corn to the first stage. Bradley, Calvin and I worked together on this. Flavor profile was pretty good. We finished today about 3pm. I still had 19 sheet trays to clean. This should be ready for Oro by July 4th. According to Master Brewery Bradley. Definitely learned alot. This is the 2nd time bbq&cruz smoked a product for Dual Citizen Brewing Co. Looking forward to calibrating with Nixta and other restaurants in the future. Thank for letting bbq&cruz be apart of this monumental moment.
