🎉 A new chapter for Downtown Roanoke!

Nearly ten months after live music first filled the space, The Exchange Music Hall officially celebrated its ribbon cutting Thursday along with The Promissory Hotel and Suerte Restaurant, marking the completion of a $10 million transformation of the historic First National Exchange Bank building.

Our goal is simple: help make Roanoke a destination for live music in Virginia. 🎶

🎉 What a wonderful way to celebrate the next chapter of 201 South Jefferson!

We were thrilled to welcome representatives from the City of Roanoke, including Mayor Joe Cobb, the Roanoke Regional Chamber, Delegate Sam Rasoul, community partners, friends and members of the public to celebrate the ribbon cutting for The Promissory Hotel , The Exchange and Suerte.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, toured the building and helped mark this exciting milestone for downtown Roanoke.

We’re grateful to be part of this community and can’t wait to see what’s ahead! ❤️

From backyard BBQs in Southern California beach towns to becoming one of the country’s most popular reggae rock bands, Fortunate Youth remains devoted to a simple mission: spread peace, love, and unity with music. 🌞✌️🎶

Blending reggae, blues, ska, rock, world, soul and punk, the Hermosa Beach sextet has shared stages with Slightly Stoopid, Stick Figure and SOJA while headlining more than 27 tours of their own. 🌊🎸
