Loved discovering the splendor of Birdwood Mansion at the iconic Boars Head Inn for a wedding site visit. The staff were so gracious and hospitable and we could not be more excited to CLEDify this property next summer!

Weddings may take a break in August but planning is full speed ahead. It’s been a busy week at CLED with site visits, stagings, and tastings. Site visits are best held within 6-9 months of a wedding to gather a sense of the space to create the flow, the aesthetic, and overall vision. Stagings to see all the goodies- linens, rentals, tabletop are best done 3-4 months out when you’re clear on your colors and vision and it’s time to finalize. Tastings best occur 6-8 weeks out while menus are current and food is as close to in season as the event as possible. Wedding planning takes some work, but there’s no shortage of fun 🤩

Mae and Sam’s pro shots are out! As we currently swelter through midsummer, I’m loving these sweet memories of their perfect weather wedding on 5.30.26 with soft breezes and just enough sunshine. They wanted a romantic cottage organic vibe and the groom’s family home could not have been more ideal of a backdrop 🏡 💕
And their last dance was “Linger”. How cute is that?!

I love it when rehearsal dinners say YES to yummy tablescapes, hand lettered signage, blissful blooms, and gorgeous fabrics. The Georges is already beautiful but CLEDifying takes it next level. Cheers to Peyton and Will!

The pro shots will be spectacular but I couldn’t wait to post some of our new goodies we debuted at The for Peyton and Will’s wedding. Our new cross built in house will withstand any windstorm 💨 and fun new white planters- thanks to for getting them to me just in time. And the fat blue hydrangea everyone kept asking about… yes they’re real. And they’re from NYC. That’s just one of the lovelies I snagged at the market early last Monday. Now… for a day of rest (well kinda🤷‍♀️).

We showed our brides so many yummy selections during our stagings this weekend at The Homestead. Super pumped to bring these visions to life.
And a stay at the Homestead isn’t complete without my obligatory ladies room pics and a hug from Esme, a Homestead legend- there since I started planning weddings in 1997! Big thanks to Raechel and Rachel for your outstanding service- we’ll have fun this year!
