With all the new faces here, I realized it’s been a while since I last introduced myself. 👋🏼 I’m Alexis, wedding coordinator and owner of Havanola Design!

What if I told you that my own wedding disaster led me to my dream job? In 2020, like so many couples, we had to completely redo our wedding plans due to the pandemic. It was stressful, overwhelming, and not at all what we originally imagined—but in the end, it turned out to be perfect. That experience sparked my passion for helping other brides navigate the chaos and create a day they’ll cherish forever.

Now, I specialize in wedding coordination, custom signage, and design—taking the stress off your shoulders so you can focus on celebrating your love. Though based in Virginia and North Carolina, I travel to the surrounding areas and beyond to make wedding dreams come true.
