Such a beautiful spring afternoon—filled with love, family, and friends.

From meeting at Bible study… to Alaska and long distance… to the moment they realized this might just be love… to a moss-covered mountain proposal… and finally, a wedding day full of laughter, love, cookies, tea, beer… and yes, even some donkeys.

A beautiful day for a truly beautiful couple.

Much love and many blessings to Becca and Patrick as you begin this next chapter together. I was honored to be part of such an incredible day.

Donkeys at a wedding? Absolutely.

The Eighty Four Wedding Venue is rustic beauty at its finest—rolling hills, mountain views, and the perfect blend of outdoor and indoor ceremony spaces. The patio sets the stage for gathering, celebration, and dancing, and everywhere you turn there’s charm. Real charm.

And then… the donkeys.
Yes, the donkeys.

They wandered up to the fence just as the ceremony began, stayed the entire time like honored guests, and quietly made their exit right after the kiss. Perfect timing. I’m convinced they love weddings—so don’t forget to add them to your guest list.

Anastasia and Clifton’s wedding was truly unforgettable—bringing together family and friends from around the globe in one beautiful celebration. Set against the stunning backdrop of Virginia House in Richmond, VA, it was a day filled with love, joy, and meaningful moments.

I was honored to officiate this beautiful wedding in March 2025 and to walk alongside Anastasia and Clifton as they began their life together.
Moments like these are why I love what I do.
