While diving into the details is exciting, avoid these top 5 common pitfalls to keep your engagement stress-free and your day perfect! ✨

1. Skipping a Realistic Budget & Guest List: Don't start booking without knowing your numbers! Popular 2026/2027 venues are booking 12–18 months in advance, so know your guest count early to avoid overspending and overcrowding.

2. Underestimating Timeline Planning: Trying to cram too much into one day (or leaving tasks to the last minute) creates chaos. Add 30-minute buffers for major events and 5-minute buffers for transitions.

3. Don't think you need a Planner,think again.. You can't be the planner and the bride! Hire a coordinator so you can actually enjoy your day.

4. Ignoring Guest Experience: Focus on comfort—adequate seating, easy-to-find info, and smooth transitions. Guests remember hospitality over elaborate décor.

5. Trying to Please Everyone: This is YOUR day. Prioritize what matters to you and your partner, and don't let outside opinions steer your vision.
