It has come to my attention that an evening of elegance, indulgence, and just a touch of scandal will soon grace the streets of Roanoke.
At the striking hour of 5 o’clock, a select few will begin their journey at Billy’s Restaurant… before making their way through Table 50 and concluding at the ever-alluring Frankie Rowland’s Steakhouse. Just before the grand entrance into The Exchange.
One can only wonder… who will rise as the Diamond of the evening?
