A Big Hello & Happy New Year to all of the Marmalade Toque facebook family!
Well, here we are already in a new year. I wonder what will be in store for us this year. Hopefully all of us will look to this new year with anticipation and excitement for what is ahead. It is my sincere hope that all of you will find blessings and prosperity this coming year.
The Marmalade Toque had a good December with Paul at the helm of catering production.
I want to take this time to thank all of our clients for entrusting their catering needs to us. Thank you!
Because of health and over 30 years of catering, I will be taking a few steps back beginning this year into semi retirement. I will still handle the sales, marketing and field all of your calls. The production of catering will be left to the very capable hands of my son Paul. The standard of catering that all of you have come to know, expect and enjoy, this standard of creativity, quality products and service will absolutely continue.
On another note; It has been good to see this past year's restaurant waiting lines. I know, we do not like to wait, but.... So, go out to your favorite eatery, looking forward to that wait because this means that this place you enjoy and have enjoyed of a while, will still be there at your next visit. In doing this, you are helping your favorite restaurant to keep that open sign in their front door or window and by helping them you are also helping your local economic community. So, lets do and put into action that old SE Rykoff tag line "Go out to eat more often".
