We want to take a moment to be transparent with our clients and community.

Over the past few months, our response time on emails and inquiries hasn’t been where it should be. As we’ve grown quickly and taken on more events across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, there have been times where messages simply didn’t get answered as fast as they deserved, or at all. That’s on us.

We’ve always operated as a tight, family-run team. That’s allowed us to maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail on every install—but it also meant that one person was often handling calls, emails, quotes, and working out on job sites. As our volume increased, that system started to show its limits.

We’ve heard your feedback, and we’ve made changes.

We’ve recently brought on dedicated office staff focused specifically on handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls so that no message falls through the cracks. Our goal is to return to our standard 24–48 hour response time and we expect to be fully back to that level within the next week.

We truly appreciate your patience as we’ve grown, and we’re grateful for the continued support that’s allowed us to get to this point. We’re committed to improving, and to providing the level of service you expect when you choose Owen Brothers Events.

This past May, we had the honor of creating something truly special for Chelsea and Joel’s wedding — a celebration that transformed the backyard into an elegant, one-of-a-kind venue.

To make it possible, our team built a fully engineered structural floor beneath the tent, leveling the sloped yard and creating a seamless, stable surface for guests to dance, dine, and celebrate on. The finished space featured carpet flooring, a custom cable handrail, warm lighting, and a beautiful layout of tables, chairs, and dance floor — every detail brought together to match the couple’s vision.

Being able to design and build spaces like this is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Whether it’s on a hillside, over a pool, or across uneven ground, our raised flooring systems allow us to install tents virtually anywhere — turning any space into the perfect venue.

We were proud to provide the tents, tables and chairs, drape, lighting, dance floor, stage, and bars — creating a space that felt warm, inviting, and unforgettable.
