GLENDALE WEDDING — DESIGNER - DECOR & CREW NEEDED | FRIDAY 9/25/26
Looking for a Design Decorator / Event Crew for a wedding in Glendale. Church and Venue are 5 minutes away from each other.
Need someone who can SUPPLY (YOU PROVIDE) + SET UP + STRIKE the décor.
CEREMONY - start set up 1pm - done by 3pm
• 6 Roman columns
• Florist brings the 6 floral arrangements
• Set LED candles - approx 20 hurricane candles -dif size
• Cover 150 chairs with white seat covers
• After ceremony: remove + pack covers
• Transfer 6 floral arrangements to reception
RECEPTION - 2nd team at Venue - start set up 3pm - done by 5:30pm
• Set 6 floral arrangements
• Drape sweetheart table
• Supply + assemble + set 16 candelabras
• Client has a specific candelabra design in mind
• End of night: full strike/pack-up - Begins 12:00AM
